Our signing provider, Swisscom, has announced a maintenance window affecting the AIS (All In Signing) service for customers using the One-Time and Repetitive Signing Processes.

Time: 22:00–06:00 CEST (until 11 October 2026)
Impact: The Swisscom AIS Signing Service may be unavailable during the maintenance window. No signatures can be performed during the interruption.
Important: Customers using One-Time Signing who have already migrated to the new MAB process will not be affected.
